These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the RCH mobile application and web console (together, the "App"), developed for Ramana Children's Hospital. By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
You must be an adult parent or legal guardian to create an RCH account and add child profiles. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter and for keeping your OTP-verified account secure.
RCH is currently available to families within a 50 km radius of Pallavaram, Kundrathur and Chengulpet. Bookings and certain features may be restricted outside this coverage area.
RCH supports appointment booking, vaccination scheduling, and communication with the care team at Ramana Children's Hospital.
